Full-Time | $65,000 – $75,000 Salary (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal who takes pride in precise legal work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team that truly makes a difference for clients.
About the Role:
This is an in-office position located in Northborough, Massachusetts .
The Paralegal plays a vital role in helping our attorneys serve clients efficiently and effectively. In this position, you will prepare estate planning documents, assist with probate administration, support Medicaid applications, and coordinate asset transfers.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in estate planning and probate , demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is comfortable managing client communication while maintaining accuracy and organization across multiple matters.
Experience with WealthCounsel is highly valued.
