Housing-First Case Coordinator (Seasonal/Overflow)

MCCH seeks a Season Case Coordinator to manage overflow clients in housing-first, trauma-informed care. You will use motivational interviewing to move clients toward permanent housing and coordinate with Clinical Director and Operations to ensure effective program delivery. The role involves maintaining active caseloads, conducting psychosocial assessments, referrals to health and housing services, and documenting in HMIS.
