You will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of clients' IT environments with company standards. This position involves conducting regular technical reviews, assessing risks, and fostering proactive service to reduce reactive tickets. The System Administrator / Technical Alignment Manager works closely with Virtual CIOs (vCIOs) to maintain best practices, implement standards, and align technology strategies with clients' business needs.The System Administrator / Technical Alignment Manager position requires MSP experience.System Administrator / Technical Alignment Manager Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular onsite visits for technology alignment and technical assessments.Maintain and develop technical standards and best practices for client environments.Identify and communicate technical risks to the vCIO.Build and sustain technical relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with established standards.Document and update all technical information to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the team.Support the ROC (Service Desk) & Projects team 25% of the time as neededSystem Administrator / Technical Alignment Manager Qualifications and Technical Experience:M365 SuiteRMM tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Ninja, etc)Adobe appsAzure Entra IDActive Directory, Group Policy, and Windows ServerNetworking familiarity: Meraki switches, Unify, Cisco APs (preferred but different manufacturer experience will also align)Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software solutionsAbility to collaborate effectively with vCIOs, clients, and internal teams.Strong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent documentation abilitiesProcess-driven, motivated, and capable of process improvementSystem Administrator / Technical Alignment Manager Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchCertification ReimbursementTravel ReimbursementPaid Time Off and Paid Holidays
