What You'll Do:

• Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation
• Install and service: smart home systems (switches, lighting automation, hubs), EV chargers (Level 2 installations), electrical panels, surge protection, and upgrades, residential AV system installation
• Troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently and safely
• Deliver a professional, customer-first service experience
• Educate homeowners on problems, solutions, and upgrade options
• Provide upfront pricing before work begins
• Use company systems (iPad/ServiceTitan) for job documentation

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 8+ years residential electrician or service technician experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Comfortable working in customer homes

Preferred:

• Smart home / home automation experience
• EV charger installation experience
• Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician (or working toward license)
• Low voltage / networking experience
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus. HousePro/Jobber experience is also accepted

Work Schedule:

• Monday Friday (Typical: 7 AM 5 PM) or another shift
• Some evenings/weekends based on business needs

• Prolonged standing, walking, and tool use
