Guest Services Specialist: Front Desk & Reservations

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per company guidelines. You will also complete front desk daily paperwork and uphold safety procedures for staff and guests. Responsibilities include resolving guest requests, processing reservations, maintaining cash and accounts, and supporting breakfast service while delivering ESA's service culture with respect and care. #J-18808-Ljbffr ESA Management, LLC
