Toxic Tort / Product Liability Associate (2–5 Years) – California | Hybrid/Remote

Job Type: Full-Time
Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking a Toxic Tort Associate to join a respected law firm. This role offers hands-on experience in toxic tort, asbestos, and product liability litigation within a collaborative, flexible environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle toxic tort and product liability cases
- Draft discovery, motions, and pleadings
- Take/defend depositions and attend hearings
- Manage cases from start to resolution
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of litigation experience (toxic tort, asbestos, or product liability preferred)
- California Bar admission required
- Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to attend in-person court appearances as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $130,000 – $183,000 base salary + bonuses
