Senior Litigation Attorney (10+ Years) | Planned Succession Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned litigation attorney (10+ years) to step into a planned retirement transition at a well-established law firm.

The retiring attorney will be involved in the training and handoff to the new incoming litigation supervisor.

Practice Focus

Portable business is welcome and rewarded but not required. What matters most is credibility, judgment, and the ability to steward long-standing client relationships.

• 10+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong client-facing presence and strategic thinking
• California bar admission
• Law-firm background (this is not a fit for attorneys maintaining a separate practice)
