Of Counsel/Partner - Labor & Employment
Responsibilities:
- Represent public and private sector employers in complex employment litigation
- Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and class/collective action matters
- Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and conduct legal research
- Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, participate in trial/arbitration preparation
- Prepare agency responses and position statements; conduct witness interviews
- Advise employers on federal and state employment law compliance
Counsel clients on disability accommodations, leave laws, and workplace compliance matters
Qualifications:
- Labor relations experience (negotiations, grievances, administrative proceedings)
- 7+ years of employment litigation experience and strong California employment law knowledge
- Must possess exceptional writing, research, analytical, and client service skills
