Labor & Employment Associate

Job Description Experience: Senior Level Salary: $180,000 - $300,000 per year Job Details Seeking Candidates With: 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation with a strong interest in trial work. Proven experience defending wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits. Background in transactional employment work, including drafting employment and severance agreements, preparing EEOC position statements and DFEH responses, conducting witness interviews and depositions. Strong understanding of federal and state employment law compliance, including drafting workplace policies, advising employers on legal requirements, and assisting with employment training programs (preferred). Experience in traditional management labor relations is a plus. Superior academic and writing credentials required. Must be admitted to the California Bar.
