Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Associate for its San Diego, CA office. The role involves managing litigation and providing legal counsel on employment-related matters, including class actions and single plaintiff cases. Duties Handle litigation management and legal research. Draft legal documents and agreements. Advise on employment law issues, including reductions in force and restrictive covenants. Provide counsel on employee policies and compensation practices. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and employment law. Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Experience in defending class and collective actions. Trial experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications Admitted to practice in California Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research and analytical skills.
