Salary: $130,000

What's on Offer Competitive base salary and performance bonus Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company contribution Paid vacation and holidays Stable pipeline of repeat-client and negotiated work Opportunity to mentor project teams and influence operations Direct access to executive leadership Long-term career growth with a respected Michigan builder Job Details Summary of Responsibilities Lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project financials, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls Develop and maintain schedules to ensure timely project delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Oversee contract administration, change orders, and procurement activities Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards Drive successful project execution while preserving strong client relationships Desired Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience Proven success managing projects valued at $10M+ from start to finish Experience with ground-up and renovation projects Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management, and contract administration Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Stable work history with reputable general contractors or construction management firms This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager seeking greater influence, strong executive visibility, and the ability to lead meaningful commercial construction projects with a respected Michigan contractor.
