Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Middletown, NY – Sam’s Club #6423, 300 N Galleria Dr, Middletown, NY 10941-3036 Pay: $19.00 – $27.00 per hour Full time, shifts may vary Position Summary Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team to keep shelves stocked and maintain sanitary conditions that keep our products ready for members. In the deli department you’ll engage customers directly, providing a front-line customer service experience. This role is integral to product quality, temperature control, and overall member satisfaction. What you’ll do Ensure high-quality products are stored and available for members. Maintain clean shelves, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower-quality food items. Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and display stocks. Sanitize and keep the area member-ready. Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions. Handle claims, returns, and complete required documentation and audits. Provide member service by locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing, and resolving concerns. Operate and clean equipment, follow food‑handling and cold‑chain procedures, and monitor freezer/fan/door function. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time. Preferred Qualifications None listed.
