NEW Full Time | Part Time $16.50 – $29.50/hr* Type: Part time Shift options: 4:00 am – 7:00 am, 7:00 am – 9:00 am Role summary Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. What you'll do Join Walmart's food and grocery team and make important decisions about the quality of fruit and vegetables our customers eat. Role responsibilities include: Work in our deli and serve as a frontline of customer service, ensuring a great shopping experience. Help customers celebrate special moments in the bakery by decorating cakes and assisting with orders. Manage the dry grocery department and help customers locate the items they need. Across all fresh food or grocery areas, duties include detailed cleaning, temperature control checks, verifying dates, and disposing of lower‑quality food. What you'll bring Help customers find the products they are looking for. Ensure high‑quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments. Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Assist customers with cake orders, deli orders, or produce selection.
