Graphics and Marketing Specialist Phoenix, Arizona Full Time, Non-Exempt 30 Hours Per Week $25.00 - 30.00 Per Hour, DOE Use your creativity to make a difference. Christian Family Care is seeking a talented Graphics & Marketing Specialist to create compelling visual communications that support our mission, programs, fundraising efforts, and brand. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys graphic design, digital marketing, website management, and social media, in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment. What You'll Do Design print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, event materials, and social media graphics. Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and email marketing initiatives. Update and maintain website content using WordPress. Create and schedule social media content. Manage photography, creative assets, and vendor relationships. Ensure brand consistency across all communications. Qualifications 2+ years of graphic design, marketing, or visual communications experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong skills in design, layout, typography, photo editing, and brand management. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, New Media Design, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Why Join Us?
