GoFi is based in Dallas, TX.That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?In short, this role ensures the organization runs smoothly by building, maintaining, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while driving clear communication, operational readiness, and alignment across teams. You’ll act as a key connector between Operations, Product, Compliance, and frontline teams to make sure processes are documented, understood, and consistently executed.In long, as the role, you will be responsible forPartnering with functional leaders and frontline teams to develop, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs that are accurate, actionable, and aligned with real-world executionConducting process reviews and stakeholder interviews to validate that SOPs reflect current practices and are easy for end users to followOwning SOP governance, including documentation standards, approval workflows, audits, and ongoing updatesDriving accountability across teams for SOP accuracy, consistency, and timely updatesBuilding and maintaining a centralized, searchable repository for all SOP and operational documentationLeading operational readiness for new initiatives, system updates, and process changes, including documentation, communication, and training coordinationCollaborating with Operations, Product, Compliance, and Change Ambassador teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption of changesCreating and distributing clear, effective communication related to process updates, system enhancements, and policy changesMonitoring feedback and operational performance to identify documentation gaps, process improvements, and training opportunitiesIndependently managing projects, timelines, and stakeholder engagement to deliver on key initiativesSo What Kind of Folks Are We Looking For?Strong communicator who can translate complex processes into clear, digestible documentationHighly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and consistencyCollaborative partner who thrives working cross-functionally with diverse teamsProactive problem-solver who identifies gaps and drives continuous improvementAdaptable and comfortable navigating change in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver independentlyInfluencer who can drive alignment and accountability without direct authorityThe Specifics.3+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, business operations, or SOP/documentation managementProven experience developing, maintaining, and governing SOPs in a cross-functional environmentExperience working with operational teams and leadership to document and improve end-to-end processesHands-on experience managing documentation systems or knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint or similar platforms)Experience supporting operational readiness for process changes, system implementations, or transformation initiativesStrong background in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and change enablementExperience creating operational communications and supporting training or adoption effortsDemonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines, and competing priorities independentlyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Nice to HaveExperience working in highly regulated or compliance-driven environmentsFamiliarity with change management frameworks or methodologiesExperience supporting enterprise-wide process standardization initiativesSo What About the Perks?
