BG Staffing is seeking a polished and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish) to support an apartment community in Houston, TX 77060. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment, and can confidently assist both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and provide engaging, professional property tours
• Assist residents and prospects in both English and Spanish
• Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation
• Maintain organized resident files and accurate records
• Support marketing efforts, follow-ups, and lead management
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Support the onsite team with daily office operations

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
• Professional, polished presentation and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with property management software preferred
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations required
