As a COTA with Dependable Health Services, you’ll work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist to:
Carry out individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Help patients improve strength, coordination, motor skills, and activities of daily living
Support patients in achieving greater independence and confidence at home
Document patient progress and communicate changes with the care team
Identify opportunities to improve safety and function within the home
Educate patients and families on techniques that support continued progress
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current COTA certification/licensure as required in Arizona
1+ year of occupational therapy experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Spanish/English speaking a plus but not required
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to patient-centered care
