When it comes to auto glass repair and replacement - Glass America sets the standard.Glass America is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues with a focused approach on business to business sales development. A successful Account Manager proactively engages with current clients to ensure we remain a trusted partner while also prospecting when visiting physical locations. Continually proposing solutions that meet the needs and objectives of our clients.* Base salary + bonus + car allowance* Financially stable and growing company* Company benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and Paid Time Off****Primary Responsibilities***** Utilize CRM to create daily routes, making a note of each visit in the system.* Identify accounts that will be a part of your outside sales activities for a sales cycle.* Establish face to face and electronic communication with customers to build, develop and expand long lasting relationships.* Track book of business account metrics.* Use the promotions budget as needed to navigate the sales process.* Maintain a strong working relationship with the Operations Team within assigned territory.**Preferred Skills and Qualities*** 3+ years successfully selling business services.* Proven track record of exceeding financial objectives and metrics.* Experience in account management / outside sales / B2B sales.* Auto Glass, Automotive and/or Insurance industry knowledge is a plus!* Excellent organization and time management skills.* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment.Part of Boyd Group Services, Glass America operates in 35 states.
