Inspection Technician | Mattawan, MI

Salary Range: $44,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mattawan seeking Inspection Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished goods.
• Operate and maintain various inspection tools and equipment, including CMMs.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality control, or a related technical field
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Demonstrated ability to use various precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
