After School Program Assistant Site Coordinator

Perform basic first aid as needed. Assist in all phases of instruction/supervisor. Supervise the development and implementation of age appropriate activities for all students in the After School Program. Perform inventory of ASP supplies. Keep accurate inventory of snacks/refreshments. Supervise the distribution of snacks. Assist in keeping an orderly, clean facility by staff and students. Accurately complete records, reports, time sheets, and bank deposits. Perform bookkeeping duties. Handle all incoming phone calls. Attend meetings and training sessions. Be available to work the hours required by the system ASP Coordinator. Perform the duties and assume full responsibility for the program in absence of the Site Coordinator. Perform any other duties assigned by the After School Program Coordinator.

Minimum high school diploma or GED. Proficiency required in oral and written communications, supervision of staff and students; public relations within school and community; accounting for funds, ordering and inventory of supplies; scheduling of activities, students and staff; and accurately completing reports and records. Be willing to attend any training/staff development as required or requested by the ASP Coordinator or school system. Three (3) years of after school worker experience required.
