This high-volume, polished casual restaurant needs a Sous Chef who thrives under pressure and loves a packed dining room. You'll partner with the Executive Chef to keep every ticket on point, every plate consistent, and every shift moving. What You'll Do
- Run the line during peak, high-volume service.
- Train, coach, and schedule back-of-house staff.
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards daily.
- Manage food costs, ordering, and inventory counts.
- Step in for the Executive Chef when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sous chef or strong kitchen manager experience.
- Comfortable leading a team through high-volume rushes.
- Full-service, polished casual background preferred.
- Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge.
- Hands-on leader who leads from the line.
