Jerry Inc is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist (Facebook Ads & Google Ads) to support the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. We are looking for professionals with hands‑on experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign performance, audience targeting, and advertising optimization. This role is ideal for individuals who are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis and performance tracking Support campaign scaling, budget adjustments, and audience targeting strategies Analyze creative performance and contribute to ongoing campaign improvements Maintain organized campaign structures and reporting processes Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign consistency and operational efficiency Requirements Practical experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaign management Understanding of paid media optimization, audience targeting, and campaign structures Familiarity with performance metrics and data-driven decision making Strong analytical and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns Good communication and teamwork abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Jerry
