Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $33.00hr - $34.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to be flexible, innovative, and work independently.
• Ability to recognize and manage priorities with minimal supervision and as a team member.

Responsibilities:

• Enroll, revalidate, and maintain provider files in the organization's systems.
• Ensure that applications and required documentation submitted are complete, current, and valid.
• Verify that data entered complies with federal and State requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Navigate various federal and State databases to verify information supplied on applications is current and valid.
• Contact providers in a clear, concise, and professional manner via portal, email, or phone if information is incomplete or requires further clarification.
• Enter and update provider information in internal systems.
• Meet production and quality standards.
• File, maintain, and upload documents according to established procedures.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience reviewing, verifying, and validating detailed or sensitive information using web-based verification sources.
• Data entry experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
