What Makes This Role Different Flexible & Intentional Scheduling In-home and hybrid roles available. We build caseloads around your availability, preferences, and commute range—while ensuring strong client-therapist matching and schedule stability. Foundational Support with Room to Grow You’ll be supported through onboarding, shadowing, and client-specific training. We don’t rush you into sessions—we prepare you to do them well. Supervision exceeds BACB minimums, and your BCBA is an active, ongoing resource. Clear Growth Pathways Our internal RBT ladder outlines clear expectations and milestones for advancement—from Behavior Technician to Clinical Trainer or BCBA-track roles. Core Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients, following individualized treatment plans written by a BCBA. Implement skill acquisition and behavior support strategies, as trained. Accurately collect session data and complete documentation within 24 hours. Collaborate with your BCBA on program fidelity, troubleshooting, and updates. Communicate professionally with caregivers under supervision guidance. Indirect Responsibilities Attend scheduled team meetings, trainings, and clinical huddles (paid). Prepare session materials or program stimuli as needed. Maintain timely communication with supervisors regarding availability, client needs, or support requests. Minimum Qualifications Active RBT certification through the BACB (or eligibility to obtain certification upon hire). High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation to travel to assigned sessions across the DFW area. Compensation & Benefits Billable Rate: Starting at $20+/hour (based on experience & education) Non-Billable Rate: $16/hour (for training, breaks, travel, meetings, etc.) Paid Travel & Mealtimes: Structured into your schedule Guaranteed Full-Time Hours: 30–35 hours/week (depending on availability) PTO: Accrue up to 10 days per year, plus 2 mental health flex days Medical Insurance: BCBS plans available after 60 days Quarterly Bonus Potential + Incentives Paid Admin Time: Minimum of 2 hours/week built in Structured Onboarding: Shadowing, clinical check-ins, and supervision tailored to your caseload Who Should Apply?
