Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Minnesota PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Client requirement: completion of a four-week onboarding period at the facility prior to providing independent caseload management.
• Preferred: prior travel therapy or multi-facility float experience.

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Days: Monday-Friday.
• Shift Hours: 08:00-16:30.
• Onboarding: Four-week required onboarding at the facility prior to independent practice.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
