Schedule: 40 hours a week; primarily M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide care to an average of 14 patients per day.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
