Job Description MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant communications. Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems. Assist with updating and maintaining job descriptions and organizational documentation. Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, retention, workforce development, and continuous improvement. Gather, analyze, and report HR-related data utilizing Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools. Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking training activities. Assist with planning employee events, recognition programs, and communication initiatives. Help develop and update HR procedures, standard work, and process documentation. Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices and employment trends. Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Additional Information Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
