Pathway Health is seeking experienced registered nurses (RNs) interested in interim leadership opportunities. Our consultants provide a wide range of on-site professional consulting services to our post-acute and aging services clients. Our consultants are compensated on an hourly basis and may be eligible for Pathway’s robust benefits package, as well as incentives. Hourly pay range of $45-$50/hr. with overtime paid after 40 hours per week, plus benefits. Nurse Consultant-Registered Nurse (RN) Duties: Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes, and other needs as requested Identify training needs: plan and conduct training/in-services as necessary Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations, and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines Functions within the scope of work as defined by the client Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations Nurse Consultant-Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: Must have a current RN license in state Must have one year of long-term care experience, management experience preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation Must be flexible for travel within the state Pathway Health is an independently owned, nationally recognized consulting company providing consulting services to long term health care, senior housing, assisted living, home care, and hospice. 1366 E.
