Responsibilities Assist Legal Administrative Assistants with heavy calendaring of litigation deadlines Maintain electronic file uploads in an organized manner Assist the office with other duties as assigned Requirements Professional office experience preferred Must have a high propensity for detail and organization Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to follow instruction and take direction from the Legal Administrative Assistants Highly developed communication skills Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced team/collaborative environment to problem-solve and implement process improvements Flexible and adaptive to a dynamic work environment Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Dinsmore & Shohl LLP
