Electromechanical Technician

Branch Medical Group seeks an Electromechanical Technician to install and assemble electro-mechanical medical devices for spinal and orthopedic applications in compliance with FDA and ISO standards. The role involves soldering, component assembly, testing, and quality verification in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical and electronic components using soldering equipment and hand tools
• Assemble and align component parts to specifications using various tools and fixtures
• Perform testing and calibration of assemblies to verify functionality and quality standards
• Generate assembly records and Device History Records per regulatory requirements
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy using precision measuring instruments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year related experience
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, soldering equipment, and precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing instructions
• Familiarity with GMP environments and medical device manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under pressure
