Senior Global Client Partner

IQVIA seeks a Senior Global Client Partner in Boston to build strategic relationships with large pharmaceutical clients and drive business growth across integrated service offerings. The role involves developing asset strategies, positioning consulting and analytics solutions, and serving as the primary liaison between senior client stakeholders and internal IQVIA teams. Candidates should bring 15+ years of experience in strategy consulting or pharma commercial domains with proven client engagement expertise.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at assigned large pharma account
- Drive global business growth by increasing revenue, opening new business streams, and expanding account footprint
- Lead development of commercial and medical affairs account asset strategy with broader team input
- Serve as internal expert on client priority assets, understanding markets, opportunities, and risks
- Influence client strategy and position IQVIA through thought leadership aligned to asset priorities
Requirements
- 15+ years in strategy consulting with client engagement expertise, or pharma/life sciences commercial experience
- Proven track record managing balanced pipelines of tactical and strategic engagements
- Strong relationship-building abilities and natural influencer
- Consultative selling skills with ability to understand client needs and assemble cross-functional teams
- Capability to engage senior executives at client sites and remotely
- Experience selling and negotiating large-scale, cross-functional solutions
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
