Data Visualizer - Power BI

Data Engineer Positions
The agency is looking for four data engineers with Power BI skills to support the legacy modernization project.
These four resources will be responsible for building Power BI reports to support the agency's legacy modernization project. They will also meet with business stakeholders and other staff to gather requirements, understand the agency's reporting needs, analyze existing legacy reports, and build new reports.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with Power BI development delivering complex reports and dashboards
- Ability to define and manage data flows and data pipelines with related scripting knowledge for importing
- Strong data modeling capabilities
- Ability to identify and implement the most appropriate data management system
- Provide high quality clean and usable data from data sets of varying states of disorder
- Data/Query validation proficiency
- Demonstrate a wide range of technical competencies including:
- DAX experience – part of Power BI
- SQL Server experience – ability to write complex queries
- R language
- MS PowerApps
- Working knowledge of Power Queries
- MS Power BI suite (Power Query/M/DAX)
- Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g.
