What You'll Do

• Assist with facilitating daily activities, group programs, and special events that support residents' physical, social, intellectual, and emotional well-being
• Encourage resident participation by offering support and adapting activities to individual abilities and comfort levels
• Help create a warm and inclusive community atmosphere through positive interaction and engagement with residents
• Support holiday celebrations, birthdays, themed activities, and special events using creativity and resident involvement
• Assist with activity setup, clean-up, and preparation of supplies to ensure activities run smoothly and safely

What You'll Need

• At minimum 18 years of age or older (required)
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• One year of experience planning and leading activities or events (required)
• Senior living experience preferred
• Fluent English required
