Bilingual Front Desk and Sales Coordinator

This unique dual-focus role is perfect for an ambitious candidate who loves engaging with people in person and over the phone. You will be the welcoming face of the showroom while actively connecting with local interior designers, architects, and contractors to drive business growth.

Position Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour + Weekly Overtime (Guaranteed 45 hrs/week) + Future Commission

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Sat 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1.5x Overtime Rate) Perks & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Showroom & Client Hospitality: Warmly greet incoming walk-in clients, designers, and contractors, providing a high-touch customer service experience in the showroom.

• Outbound Outreach & Reactivation: Call existing client lists, past customers, and industry professionals (architects, builders, fabricators) to share product updates and book appointments for the sales team.

• Lead Qualification & CRM Tracking: Qualify incoming/outgoing leads and log all customer interactions in the company’s internal system/CRM.

• Front Office Coordination: Assist with general office administrative duties, coffee bar upkeep, and light office coordination.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese (required).

• Communication Skills: 1+ years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, retail sales, or high-volume customer service.

• Driven & Engaging Personality: Natural ability to build rapport quickly, handle phone outreach comfortably, and represent the brand professionally.

• Reliability & Punctuality: Excellent work ethic, punctual, and comfortable working Saturdays (overtime paid!).

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software or databases (training on industry-specific systems provided).
