Product Manager

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the development of features that simplify complex financial tasks for our users. You'll work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to define, build, and launch innovative solutions that help people better understand and manage their finances. As a Product Manager at The Fintown, you'll have the opportunity to shape products that make a real difference in people's financial lives. You'll leverage user insights, market research, and data analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize features that deliver the most value to our customers and business. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the product roadmap for your assigned features/areas Work with engineering teams to scope, specify, and deliver high-quality features Conduct user research and usability testing to validate product decisions Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and opportunitiesCreate detailed product requirements and user stories Prioritize features based on user needs and business impact Collaborate with design to create intuitive user experiences Track and measure feature performance against key metrics Stay informed about fintech industry trends and competitive landscape Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience Experience shipping consumer-facing products Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple user experiences Experience with agile development methodologies Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Nice to Have Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services Experience with consumer subscription products Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Experience with AI/ML-powered products Technical background or experience working closely with engineers What You'll Work On User Experience Optimization: Improving how users navigate financial data and insights Feature Adoption: Increasing engagement with platform tools and features Onboarding Experience: Streamlining how users connect accounts and start using the platform The Fintown is an equal opportunity employer.
