Key Holder - Retail

Description The Key Holder plays a critical leadership role within the retail store, supporting daily operations and ensuring a premium customer experience. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining operational standards, and acting as a floor leader in the absence of store management. Key Responsibilities – Store Operations Open and close the retail location, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed Maintain store readiness, including merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards Support inventory accuracy, receiving shipments, and stock replenishment Sales & Customer Experience Deliver exceptional, consultative sales experiences aligned with the Rad brand Educate customers on e-bike features, accessories, and services Drive sales performance through product knowledge and customer engagement Leadership & Team Support Act as a manager-on-duty when leadership is not present Support onboarding and training of retail associates Provide coaching and real-time feedback to team members Operational Execution Follow company policies, POS procedures, and cash handling protocols Assist with store events, promotions, and community engagement Qualifications 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in specialty retail or bikes/outdoor Previous key holder or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Passion for cycling, mobility, or outdoor lifestyles is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (bikes and equipment) Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr rad life mobility inc
