Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrator-Property Mgmnt for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a commercial property management organization in San Jose, CA. This role is ideal for an administrative professional with strong communication skills, excellent organization, and an interest in supporting commercial real estate operations.

The Administrator-Property Mgmnt will serve as an important liaison between tenants, property management, maintenance, vendors, security, and internal teams. This position offers the opportunity to build hands-on experience in commercial property administration while working in a professional, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership and opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a professional point of contact between tenants, property management, maintenance technicians, security, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support the leasing team by preparing letters, lease agreements, notices, and related tenant correspondence.
- Maintain accurate tenant files, vendor files, property records, and administrative documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable processes, including invoice review, coding, processing, and follow-up.
- Use property management and document platforms such as Yardi, NetVendor, Commercial Cafe, Payscan, and DocuSign.
- Help ensure timely communication, organized workflows, and responsive support for day-to-day commercial property operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
