Instructional Designer

Overview An Instructional Designer is responsible for working across teams to identify the most important gaps and leverage various modalities of learning to develop skills for our clients in CX, Sales and our Partners. The role requires the ability to take complex topics and simplify them so that the message can be easily carried forward to customers and partners. The successful candidate will develop content with SMEs, articulate technical and business solutions that lead to positive outcomes, and curate content to meet the needs of our audiences. Responsibilities include building and creating training and employee career paths and curating and developing over 400 assets to produce easily consumable learning products. Job Responsibilities Masterful Storyteller: Ability to take a complex CX role, CX program or offer details and create a compelling and memorable story, including scripts and storyboards, and dive deep into business areas in CX, Partners roles, programs and offers such as BCS and Success Tracks. Collaborative Mindset: Work across teams and geographies, closely with Marketing and GTM teams, Project Managers, SMEs, video capture and editing teams, vendors and contractors. Creative Visualization: Strong creative mind to take ideas and build captivating and compelling learning experiences with industry‑leading tools and capabilities. Content Development: Create the assets and curate content as appropriate, working closely with Partner teams to align content to the needs of our Partners. Qualifications Exceptional communicator at all levels. 2+ years of content development, storyboarding, scripting, video creation, eBook development and other interactive learning environments. Ability to focus on business outcomes and articulate the business and technical benefits of offers and solutions. High energy, enthusiastic, and engaging with a global audience of learners of varying experience levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Must possess exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to bring content to life. Demonstrated business acumen with global perspectives. About TEKsystems We’re partners in transformation.
