Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Engage with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive care that addresses each patient's unique circumstances.
• Educate Patients and Families: Inform patients and their loved ones about therapy procedures to ensure continued progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Monitor Progress: Observe and document clinical outcomes, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results for patients.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is encouraged.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory.
