We are seeking a

Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

to join Gales Ferry Medical Group, a premier independent practice that has served Southeastern Connecticut since 1970. We pride ourselves on our deep community roots, delivering high-quality, personalized healthcare in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Comprehensive Primary Care:

Join a long-standing practice offering a full scope of outpatient services to a diverse patient population ages 18+. This includes preventative health, acute care, and chronic disease management, ensuring a varied and rewarding clinical experience focused on the whole patient.

Collaborative & Patient-Centered Approach:

We believe in a team-based model that prioritizes the patient-provider relationship. With a manageable volume of 18-22 patients per day, you are empowered to emphasize preventive care and health maintenance strategies, supported by a staff dedicated to operational excellence.

You will be joining an established, physician-led group with two physicians and 3 advanced practitioners. Our practice culture is built on mutual respect and professional support, utilizing efficient workflows and modern EMR systems to minimize administrative burdens and maximize your time with patients.

We are committed to the personal well-being of our physicians, offering flexible scheduling options. Whether you prefer a 4-day full-time week or a part-time arrangement (minimum 3 days/week), we ensure a predictable outpatient schedule with no evening or weekend office hours.
