You Will

• Stand up and evolve quality system procedures that explicitly align to ASTM standards.
• Manage quality control processes to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
• Lead and mentor QA professionals; cultivate career growth and best-in-class execution.
• Run periodic audits and risk-based assessments; implement durable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to rapidly contain and resolve quality issues.
• Track changes in ASTM requirements and translate them into practical workflows.
• Report performance and compliance insights to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
• Champion a company-wide quality mindset rooted in engagement and ownership.

You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Quality (Master’s a plus).
• 7+ years of quality and compliance experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Robust command of ASTM standards and quality management systems.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements through QA initiatives.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication finesse and the ability to partner across functions.
• Resilience in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Preferred credentials: Six Sigma, ASQ, or equivalent.
