Our Santa Barbara and Santa Maria locations are seeking compassionate individuals to join our caring team.Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsAssist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)Help with light housekeeping and meal preparationProvide medication remindersAssist with mobility and transportation to appointmentsMonitor and report changes in client conditionMaintain a safe and clean environmentQualifications• Genuine compassion for seniors and a desire to help others • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license • Physical ability to assist clients with mobility • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Previous caregiving experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidates) • CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)Schedule Options: • Day, evening, and weekend shifts available • Full-time and part-time positions • Ability to choose shifts that work best for youService Areas: We serve clients throughout Santa Barbara and Santa Maria Counties, including: Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Goleta, Carpinteria, Solvang, Buellton, and surrounding communities.Join our team of compassionate caregivers and help make a difference in your community!
