Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $43 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cash management of update cash log daily of monthly revenue/expense forecasting.
• Supervision of Accounts Payable, verify that AP invoices are coded appropriately based on implemented allocation policy.
• Supervise timely filing of forms 1099.
• Review monthly vendor trend report of audit corporate credit cards reconciliation to validate the expenses.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities with Financial audit preparation and coordination
• Maintain intercompany reconciliations and Review and validate employee roster.
• Assist in monitoring of annual budget by location, reports for Grantee and State/County agencies and other miscellaneous projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in the accounting field.
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and a background check to include a 7-year criminal, 10-year SSN & employer history reference check.
• Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination on the first day of work.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules.
• Must take yearly flu shot or wear flu mask during flu season for patient-facing positions and test for tuberculosis as required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Experience:

• Must possess excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with verify payroll with payroll system.
• Effective problem resolution.
• Effective interpersonal skills. Well organized and attentive to detail.
