The OpportunityReporting to the Divisional Vice President, Global Strategic Initiatives, this role is a key member of the PMO leadership team and is responsible for the Business Enablement portfolio, spanning customer experience, commercial enablement and quality programs. This role ensures end-to-end program orchestration, from development through deployment and scale, across global markets and includes oversight of all cross-functional programs in the portfolio. Unlike program-level roles, the G22 leader owns the portfolio system (governance, prioritization, and operating model) that enables consistent, high-quality execution of initiatives at scale. Key projects may include (1) global website platforms for commercial and ecommerce sites (2) implementation of new AI tools that enhance customer service agent productivity and improve customer experience (3) building a roadmap that enables personalized marketingThis position operates at an enterprise level, supporting the translation of business objectives into actional projects and programs through established business controls and integrated business planning process.
