About the Role EX/studios by Exhibitus is our bold new creative studio division—built to disrupt the expected and deliver next-level immersive brand experiences. We’re looking for a powerhouse Executive Producer / Strategist to help lead the charge. This is not your average role. You’ll be a strategic force, a production expert, and a relationship builder all in one. You’ll work side-by-side with the VP of Experiential to shape the future of EX/studios—crafting unforgettable experiences for top-tier entertainment, consumer, and tech brands. What You’ll Do Production & Execution Lead experiential projects from pitch to flawless execution Own timelines, budgets, vendors, and onsite delivery with internal fabrication support Ensure creative excellence at every stage Strategy & Experience Design Turn client goals into strategic frameworks, briefs, and audience journeys Shape proposals and pitch narratives that win Support KPIs, measurement, and post-event reporting Client Development & Relationship Building Drive new business alongside the VP of Experiential Cultivate and grow trusted client relationships Leverage your network to build a strong pipeline Cross-Functional Collaboration Align with design, creative, engineering, and fabrication teams Be the bridge between vision and execution Help build the team and culture as we scale What You Bring 7–10+ years in experiential, branded events, or creative agency environments Proven success managing large-scale projects ($250K–$2M+) Exceptional communication and storytelling skills High emotional intelligence and client trust Experience with scenic builds, AV, or interactive tech is a plus Startup energy with the support of an established brand You Are: Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and proactive Able to be equally confident in the boardroom and on the job site A connector of people, ideas, and execution Excited to build something new and bold What We Offer Competitive salary Full benefits, PTO, and 401K Creative freedom with strong executive support A rare opportunity to shape a new experiential studio from the ground up Exhibitus Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
