This is NOT just a front desk position. Our Spa Associates build relationships with guests, recommend services and memberships, and create an exceptional spa experience from start to finish

WHAT YOULL DO:
Meet and exceed membership sales goals
Build strong relationships with members and guests
Recommend memberships, services, upgrades, and promotions
Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage guest experiences from check-in to check-out
Maintain spa cleanliness and professionalism
Support the team in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Sales and customer service experience preferred

Flexible availability including evenings and weekends preferred
