Front Desk Associate (Part Time)

As a part of our team, the Front Desk associate is the face of our service at the properties we support. The associate consistently interacts with residents and guests, building meaningful relationships that enhance the quality of our work. Most associates work independently and without direct supervision, providing quality service to our customers. Your Responsibilities Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees. Monitoring and controlling access to the building. Handling deliveries and packages. Standing, greeting, and engaging residents; checking guests and service providers in/out. Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system. Resolving and following up on all complaints/issues. Maintaining daily records and forms. Following safety procedures and striving to maintain a safe work environment. Other duties as needed. Skills & Qualifications Critical thinking, problem solving, judgment and decision‑making abilities. Ability to maintain positivity and diplomacy in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent organization, motivation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate and provide guidance. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, and/or regulations. Physical Requirements Ability to work under usual office conditions. Ability to work at a personal computer and be on the phone for extended periods. Ability to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb. Must be on call at all times and able to work extended and flexible hours, including weekends. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
