The Department of Neurology at our organization is in search of an outstanding Division Chief for General, Comprehensive Neurology. This role is essential for guiding our esteemed health system. Candidates must possess an MD or equivalent degree, be board certified in Neurology, and have the capability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license. Proven leadership experience in managing a department, division, or clinical group is also required.

What We Provide

Leadership Role Overview

• This position will operate under the guidance of the Department Chair and Vice Chair of Clinical Operations, overseeing all divisional clinical activities, scheduling, quality assurance initiatives, and participation in departmental and Medical Staff committees.
• Engage in budget planning for both the division and department, assist in report preparation, maintain current and informative web content for the division, and actively participate in the annual performance evaluation process.
• Encourage and lead research initiatives within the General Comprehensive Neurology division.
• Oversee and coordinate educational programs in general neurology, including the APP Rapid Access in Neurology clinics.
