Manufacturing Technician

Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Plymouth, MN Pay Range:$28.74 Shift: 5 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Thursday What's the Job? Provide production support in a clean room environment, responding to escalations from Operations such as scrap, process questions, and equipment issues Build SME-level knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and best practices to support Operations and coach assemblers Investigate scrap generated during shifts and identify root causes through analysis and observation Offer data-driven, evidence-based feedback and coaching to improve assembly processes Perform basic troubleshooting and documentation of equipment, proactively monitoring line performance for immediate corrections or escalations What's Needed? High school diploma or GED Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical personnel Strong judgment with a focus on quality and safety What's in it for me?
