Manufacturing Technician

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide front-line support to Operations and respond to production escalations Investigate scrap and identify root causes through process observation and product analysis Coach and support assemblers using data-driven feedback Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and documentation Monitor line performance and drive immediate corrections or escalations Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and other cross-functional teams Support continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing or production support experience preferred Manufacturing Technician/Technologist experience preferred Medical device experience is a plus Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to coach and teach production personnel Basic Microsoft Office skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on manufacturing environment
